Will Akshay Kumar star in the Awara Paagal Deewana sequel?
According to a report on Bollywoodlife.com Firoz is pepped up because of the success of Welcome Back and wants to make up with his old friend the report says that sources close to Firoz revealed that the Welcome Back producer has already extended the olive branch to Akshay by approaching him for the sequel to their 2002 hit Awaara Paagal Deewana and that Akshay has agreed in principle to return to the sequel. Reportedly when Firoz was asked to comment on it without denying the likelihood of a rapprochement he disclosed that Akshay might be in the Awara Paagal Deewana sequel, the producer further elaborated that He along with Suniel Shetty, Paresh Rawal and Johnny Lever are the core cast of the franchise.
